Strip Pool Areas Transform for the Winter

This week, two Strip hotels announced they are transforming their pool areas for the winter into fun activities for the whole family. We also have a couple winners, and we all win with temps dropping into the 80s.

Winter Wonderland at Fontainebleau w/Ice Rink

Fontainebleau is transforming the six-acre pool deck into a Winter Wonderland with weekly movie nights, ice skating, and fire pits.

They’re also hosting four Santa Brunches December 14, 15, 21, and 22 with a cookie decorating station and a special appearance from St Nick. Ugly holiday sweaters are encouraged. 😉

Show Dates are…

November 27, 2024 through January 5, 2025
Tickets start at $25 available starting October 18
Fontainebleau Rewards members can get in free for up to 5 guests
For dedicated seating reserve a firepit or cabana

New Roller Skating Rink at Venetian

Venetian is converting Tao Beach and the two pools for the winter into Flipper’s Roller Boogie, a 3,250 square feet roller skating rink. Here are the details:

November through January 2025
$20 for one hour - $75 for unlimited
Bring your own skates or rent for $5
Thursdays through Sundays from noon to 8pm

Jose Andres’ Bazaar Meat is Moving

Award Winning Bazaar Meat by Jose Andres has been at the Sahara for 10 years. But it’s closing early next year and moving over to the Palazzo.

It will keep the menu, cocktails, and presentations Bazaar Meat is known for. It is the latest addition to the Venetian’s huge renovation.
